Cultivating plants and vegetables without soil in an EPS "home"
Upon hearing the phrase “cultivating without soil,” most people may find it strange, but the reality is that hydroponics has existed since ancient times. Especially in recent years, it has gained ground due to a plethora of advantages it presents compared to planting in soil.
These are systems that do not use soil but only recycled water enriched with suitable nutrients for the growth of plants/vegetables.
Our company creates innovative design pieces of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and constantly develops this subject, generously offering its expertise to those who choose to engage with this very interesting subject.

    Advantages
    • Lightweight for transportation, processing and application in the space where cultivation will take place.
    • User and environmentally friendly, as it does not contain harmful substances.
    • Due to the closed structure of the EPS, the system does not allow leakage of the solution (water + nutrients).
    • Cultivation can be done throughout the year because the “home” of plants/vegetables consists of EPS, which essentially functions as thermal insulation, preventing cold and heat from affecting the roots.
